Trained in criminology, youth work, yoga, coaching, meditation and breathwork, and she came to all of it out of her own way out of a destructive drug addiction. Amazon bestselling author, retreat host, and she runs three to six month one-to-one breathwork journeys rather than single sessions. Works with women who feel lost and are leaning on habits that are costing them.

Somatica certified sex and intimacy coach. Somatic work, so it happens in the body rather than in a conversation about the body. He works with high achievers, the people who have built everything except the part where they can say what they actually want. His own framing, and it is the whole offer: your desires are not wrong, your shame is not permanent, and your deepest intimacy is possible, even if you have never felt safe enough to ask for it.

Functional Patterns trainer, and he runs BodyFlow. Born in Poland, has lived in Russia, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the Philippines, and came up through snowboarding, basketball, skating, ice hockey, lacrosse, climbing, surfing and jiu jitsu. Then the chronic pain arrived, in his lower back, shoulders, wrists and knee, and he started the movement work in 2018 to get out of it. Yoga, Animal Flow and mobility training first, then Functional Patterns in 2022, which is what he coaches now. Retrains gait, posture and the way a body carries load, rather than training parts of it in isolation.

Psychiatrist in private practice in São Paulo, working at the join between psychiatry, consciousness, contemplative practice and spirituality. He also founded Associação Cruz de Ankh, a legally constituted Brazilian religious association for philosophical inquiry, self-knowledge and the study of consciousness, and he is careful that the two are not the same practice. In May 2026 he was corresponding author on the Frontiers in Neuroscience case report that went around the world: an eighty-year-old woman with advanced Alzheimer's who regained continence, mobility and conversation after a high dose of medicinal mushrooms. He has supervised roughly four hundred sessions with about two hundred adults, and he is the first person to say that is an observation and not controlled evidence. His own line on the case report: a research hypothesis, not a treatment recommendation. Both uncritical enthusiasm and automatic dismissal are scientifically unhelpful.

Born in Huancayo, Junín, with ancestral roots in Puno and the Pukina line, raised in Cusco. Licensed in clinical psychotherapy since 2012, working with transgenerational and personal trauma, and holds a second master's in international business. Her plant knowledge came from her mother. Her spiritual training came from ceremony, from the mountains and from the Andean spirits. In 2017 she founded Pachamama Hampina Wasi in the Sacred Valley, where she holds ceremony, initiation and retreat. Introduced by Jamie Wrate as a wachumera.

Thirty years in professional theatre first, then a master's in Depth Psychology and Creativity from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where he is now adjunct faculty. An ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Presence-Based Coaching Core Practitioner, and an LDP Affiliate with the Center for Creative Leadership. His own synthesis is Theater of Self, an intensive that puts physical theatre, Jungian depth psychology and Iain McGilchrist's hemispheric framework in the same room, aimed at recovering what conventional leadership development leaves out: play, awe, embodied presence, and enough metacognitive flexibility not to collapse when it matters. He works in six-month engagements with leaders at a genuine inflection point, assessment-informed where it helps and imagination-led throughout. The practice is named for the iaculus, the Roman serpent that waits coiled and invisible and then moves once, which is his working definition of kairos.
Originator of the Asclepian Method. He grows, gathers and prepares the herbs, tinctures and teas of the Asclepian materia medica himself, working from the translated manuscripts he holds, and he harvests on the full moon because the instructions specify it. Five days of hilot healing, sacred pilgrimage, ceremony, and slow food at the foot of the Philippines' holy mountain.

Four days and three nights at Mala Dhara, the eco resort and organic farm in Doi Saket, built around integration rather than the ceremony itself. IFS sessions beforehand, then embodied and artistic integration through singing, dance, art and yoga, then sharing circles and individual integration sessions after. The premise is the unglamorous one: what you met is worth nothing until it is metabolised.

The same four days and three nights, held a week later in Pai. Integration is the whole focus: IFS work beforehand, embodied and artistic integration through singing, dance, art and yoga, and sharing and individual sessions after.
