Nsharâh

Somatic sex and intimacy coach, Nairobi, Kenya

Nsharâh is a certified Somatica coach working in somatic sex and intimacy, based in Nairobi, Kenya, and practising in Accra and London too, online and in person.[1][2] He was born in Accra, raised in Tottenham, London, and left the UK to rebuild his life in Nairobi.[1]

Much of his work is with men.[1] Growing up, he saw the men around him "emotionally closed, unable to express vulnerability, and struggling in their relationships."[1][2] He coaches individuals and couples of all genders, runs intimacy events and retreats from Nairobi to Chiang Mai, and hosts All The Feels Conversations, a podcast of anonymous conversations with men about how they feel.[1][4]

In November 2024 he co-led the Men and Masculinities space at Sexual Utopia in Nairobi with the Kenyan journalist, podcaster and author Kevin Mwachiro.[3]

Background

Nsharâh was born in Accra, Ghana, and raised in Tottenham, London.[1][2] It was there that he began to notice a pattern in the men around him: "emotionally closed, unable to express vulnerability, and struggling in their relationships."[1][2]

He left the UK for Nairobi, where he is now based, and works across Nairobi, Accra and London.[1][2] He goes by the single name Nsharâh.[1][2]

Somatica certification

He is a Certified Somatica Coach, listed under Nairobi, Kenya, on sexcoaching.com, the coach directory run by Somatica.[2]

Coaching

His coaching practice, ATF Create, works with individuals and couples of all genders over a twelve-week process. It starts with a free enrollment session and runs under a client agreement and a confidentiality statement.[1]

He speaks on modern masculinity, Black masculinity, men and emotional intimacy, moving between cultures, starting again in your thirties, and building a life outside conventional success.[1]

Events and retreats

ATF Curate is the live side of his work. In November 2024 he appeared at Sexual Utopia in Nairobi, in February 2025 he launched his brand at an event in London, and in July 2025 he ran an intimacy retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand.[1]

At Sexual Utopia he and Kevin Mwachiro led the Men and Masculinities space, a session named in a published review of the event.[3]

Podcast

All The Feels Conversations is built around a hundred anonymous conversations with men about how they feel, and has passed a thousand listeners.[1] It is on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.[4]
