"Certified by Henosis" means a human from Henosis assessed that practitioner or space against the Henosis Standard and awarded the mark. It cannot be bought. Practitioners hold a single standard. Spaces and organisations hold one of three: Awareness, Conscious or Embodied, with Embodied the highest. The mark is not a course certificate or a clinical licence, and it can be taken away.

Who does the assessing

Henosis is a global network of practitioners and spaces, each assessed by a human being against the Henosis Standard. The mark is earned, never bought.

There is no form that scores you and no algorithm that ranks you. The certification page puts it directly: each certification is awarded by a human to a human, for the way they show up in the world and for what they contribute. What is being looked for is resonance with a shared truth, that we are interconnected and inseparable.

What the Standard looks for

For practitioners, taken from the practitioner standard:

  • Congruency with their soul. What they do in the world is congruent with what their soul is here to do, not with a market or a trend.
  • Embodiment. They have done their own work and it can be felt.
  • Integration. Their triggers are learning opportunities, and they have spent considerable time sculpting their mind and body.
  • Integrity. They set clear boundaries, treat others with kindness, and come from a place of abundance and not lack.
  • They can show what changes for the ones who sit with them.
  • They are still reachable after the room empties.
  • They see reality through a lens of unified consciousness.

For spaces and organisations, taken from the organisation standards:

  • Congruency with their soul. The leaders and the owners share this resonance, and it is congruent with what they have built.
  • The leaders see this way, and it carries all the way down to their staff and their operating policies.
  • It begins with leaders who resonate with it. The standard awarded says how far it has travelled from there.
  • Applicants show where the philosophy lives in what they have built.
  • Awareness is a lighter review. Conscious and Embodied get deeper verification, including site visits where warranted.

What each mark means

Spaces and organisations are tiered, because an organisation has layers a solo practice does not. The three standards, from entry to top:

  • Awareness Standard. The philosophy lives in the founder personally. Their work and their space are rooted in the understanding that humans are eternal beings.
  • Conscious Standard. The organisation transmits the philosophy and advances it: running programmes, teaching it outward, contributing to the movement. Verified through a deeper assessment.
  • Embodied Standard. It has stopped being something the organisation says and become something it is, through the staff, the culture, the building and every hour a guest is inside it. The deepest assessment and the highest trust signal in the network.

Practitioners are not tiered. A Henosis Certified Practitioner holds one standard with nothing above or below it. Practitioners pay nothing and cannot apply. Henosis comes to them, or someone already inside puts their name forward.

The individual marks are a family, not a ladder:

  • Henosis Certified Practitioner. Assessed.
  • Henosis Certified Teacher. Assessed. For the ones who train practitioners, whose students now practise on their own. It sits beside Practitioner, not above it.
  • Henosis Member. By referral. For the ones who belong here without practising here.
  • Henosis Ambassador. Handpicked. The ones who carry the work outward and bring individuals to it.

Each mark names its own way in, so read the name on the badge. A Teacher mark and a Member mark are different relationships to the same work.

What the mark does not mean

  • It is not a training certificate. Henosis does not teach a modality and does not certify that a course was completed. The practitioner's own training is a separate question, worth asking them about.
  • It is not a clinical licence. Henosis is not clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic, and the mark says nothing about medical competence. Where a modality is licensed by law, that licence still matters.
  • It is not bought. No fee, at any size, buys a standard. For organisations, the standard is awarded first and the annual listing fee is quoted after the outcome, never before.
  • It is not a match. The mark does not tell you whether a practitioner is right for you. That is still yours to find out.

It can be revoked

Certification is assessed, awarded and revocable. A mark reflects how someone is showing up, so it is held, not owned outright. When Henosis revokes a mark, the listing goes back to unverified and the certified label comes off the profile.

How to check a listing

Every certified practitioner and space has a profile in the Henosis directory. Certified members are asked to link their badge to that profile, so a badge on a website should click through to a live Henosis page.

To check:

  • Click the badge. It should land on a henosis.life profile with the same name.
  • If there is no link, search the name in the directory.
  • On a space, read the standard shown on the profile. Awareness, Conscious and Embodied are different claims.
  • On a practitioner, the profile says Henosis Certified or it does not. There is no practitioner tier to look for.
  • If the profile reads Unverified, or is missing, the mark on that website is not current.

Questions

Can I pay Henosis to become certified?

No. Practitioners are never charged and cannot apply. Organisations are assessed first, and any listing fee is quoted only after a standard is awarded.

Is a Henosis Certified Practitioner a licensed therapist?

Not because of the mark. Henosis certification is an assessment of the person against the Henosis Standard. It is not a clinical licence, and it does not replace any licence the law requires for a modality.

What if a badge does not link to a Henosis profile?

Search the name in the directory. If you cannot find a certified profile, treat the badge as unverified.
