Henosis Developments funds and develops real assets. Land, buildings, generation, vehicles, schools, centres. Things you can stand next to.
We take positions early, usually before a project is fundable by anyone with a committee, and we stay in long enough to be responsible for how it turns out. Sustainability of the project comes first, because a project that cannot sustain itself cannot serve the ideal it was built for. Financial return follows from that, and it is the second question we ask rather than the first.

AustraliaRenewable energy infrastructure for Australia's largest commercial and industrial property owners. Solar generation, battery storage, and the power purchase agreements that make them financeable.
- A $350M investment vehicle, backed by a consortium of family offices, buying commercial and industrial solar across Asia Pacific and refinancing it into discounted power purchase agreements
- An Australian-first partnership with ESR to deploy up to A$500M of renewable infrastructure across a $15B property portfolio over a decade
- Up to 50MW of solar and 300MW of battery storage contracted under that partnership

PhilippinesMental healthcare built for Philippine employers. Licensed psychologists and counsellors delivered through the workplace, so the people who need it never have to go looking for it.
- More than 250,000 employees covered, and over 100,000 users on the platform
- Delivered with the Department of Health, BPI, Ayala Corporation, Grab and Philippine Airlines
- Built from a standing start in 2020
Some of it is given, not invested.
Separate from the four ideals, and deliberately not dressed up as one of them. There are things worth doing that will never carry a return, and pretending otherwise is how they end up half done.
