Funding and development of the replacement of two stroke tricycles with electric. The driver's fuel bill is the largest cost in the household. Take it out and the economics change for the family before they change for the atmosphere.
The tricycle is how most of the Philippines actually moves. They run on two stroke engines, which are among the dirtiest engines still in daily use anywhere, and the fuel to keep one running is usually the single largest cost in the driver's household.
Replacing them with electric changes two things at once, and the order matters. The family keeps the money that used to go into the tank, every week, permanently. The air in the town gets better as a consequence. We lead with the first because that is what makes the change stick: a driver adopts a vehicle that pays them back, and needs no persuading about the second.
This is the shape of project we look for. The environmental case and the household case point the same direction, so nobody has to be convinced to act against their own interest.
A healing centre on the ground where Western medicine started. Epidaurus ran the original model for four centuries: assess the person, work at depth, send them home changed. We are building the modern one in the same tradition.
Funding of PPAs. Long term contracted offtake against new clean generation, in a country that currently burns imported diesel to keep the lights on.
