Before working with Henosis, my mental, emotional, and spiritual state felt scattered, stressed, unfocused, and heavy. I was carrying years of unspoken pain, frustration, and fear. Through Cameron Quin's leadership and the safe, powerful space Henosis created, I experienced a complete shift. The ceremony was a profound breakthrough, releasing decades of emotional weight. Integration afterward helped me make sense of it all and anchor real change in my life. My stress baseline is lower, my tolerance for challenges is stronger, and my sense of what's possible has expanded. Henosis gave me the clarity, freedom, and direction I didn't even know I was searching for. It was nothing short of life-changing.
The ReProgram Reset Retreat
Seven days to unlearn thirty years. A residential reset at Insda Wellness Resort in the hills outside Chiang Mai: ceremonial breakthrough, somatic release and integration, carried by a trauma-informed team. Every place is offered by application.
Retreat highlights
- Three ceremonial breakthrough nights, spaced across the week with somatic release, so each one has room to land before the next
- Two one to one integration sessions with trauma-informed facilitators, done before you fly home rather than promised for afterwards
- A thorough intake, with psychiatric, psychological and pharmaceutical sign off from our medical advisors before a place is confirmed
- TRE, tension and trauma release exercises, taught properly so the practice stays yours for life
- Massage and craniosacral therapy through the week, for what talking cannot reach
- Daily breathwork, movement and reflection, every morning, before anything else is asked of you
- Evening rituals and sharing circles in a group of seven, small enough that nobody hides at the back
- All meals, prepared on site from local produce, dietary needs catered with notice
- Both airport transfers, met at Chiang Mai and driven back
- Ongoing contact with the team through your integration, not a handshake at the gate
About this retreat
This is not a break from your life. It is a return to what you were before your life got on top of you.
You have done the reading. You have done the courses, the plans, the modalities. You know the language better than most people in the room. And your chest still tightens when the phone rings. Understanding was never the piece that was missing.
The week is built for that gap. Seven days in the hills above Hang Dong, phones away, nothing to organise, in a group of seven. Mornings are practice. Afternoons are bodywork, rest and the trails. Three of the evenings are ceremony, and the days either side of them exist to prepare for and metabolise what comes up.
Nothing here is a quick fix and there is nothing to thrill-seek. You will not be handed a new set of beliefs to carry home. You will be helped to put down the ones you were given, most of them before you were old enough to agree to them.
Every place is offered after screening, not before. If it turns out this is not the right week of your life for it, we will tell you, and we would rather tell you on the call than on day three.
Why three nights, not one
It comes off in layers. Each night is a chapter rather than a repeat, spaced and supported so that what opens on one has somewhere to go on the next.
Clearing
The first night is not for insight. It is for emptying. Ceremonial breakthrough and somatic release move what the body has been storing, and soften the resistance sitting on top of it. Most people cry and cannot say why.
Recognition
The middle night is where the pattern shows itself. Not as another idea about yourself, as something you can no longer unsee. This is usually the night people name later as the one that turned it.
Integration
The last night is quiet. Closure, peace, and the beginning of carrying it. Integration starts inside the room rather than three weeks after you land, which is where this work is normally lost.
One long night gives you an experience. Three, spaced and held, give you a change you can still feel at Christmas.
Schedule
An ordinary day at the resort. Ceremony evenings replace the afternoon and run late, and the day after a ceremony is deliberately close to empty.
The shape is fixed. The timing moves with the group.
Who this is for
- You want to break patterns that are personal, ancestral, or older than you can trace
- Your nervous system has been running hot for years and you have stopped noticing
- There is grief you never had the room or the permission to feel
- You want to get honest about what you are here for, and what you are not
- You want everything you already understand to become something your body can hold
Accommodation
Three room types at Insda, so the week is reachable on more than one budget. All of them are teak, all of them quiet, all of them looking at either the garden or the mountains.

Hlong Khao Twin
The most economical option. Two beds in a teak room facing the gardens, with its own bathroom and a balcony. Solo guests are paired with someone of the same gender, and given the group is seven, you will know them by the second morning anyway.

Sun View Room
A room to yourself, with a balcony facing east over the valley and somewhere to sit at four in the morning when you are not ready to sleep. You will see the sun come up over the ridge from your own bed. The most common choice for people doing this work for the first time.

Bali Pool Villa
The largest space on the property, with its own pool, a full sitting room and space to practise indoors. Suited to a single guest who wants the room, or to a couple attending together.
Every room: air conditioning, hot water, fresh linen, a balcony, and a kettle. Televisions exist in some rooms and we would rather you left them off.
Venue and amenities
Insda Wellness Resort sits on the Hang Dong to Samoeng road, twenty-three kilometres out of Chiang Mai and far enough into the hills that your phone stops mattering. Twenty-nine teak rooms, gardens, a pool, and a long open hall where the circles are held. You are met at the airport and driven in, and you do not leave until it is done.

Meals
Whole food, cooked on site, from what the growers around Hang Dong actually have that week. Nothing is served from a packet and nothing arrives on a tray. You eat at the same long table as the people holding the week.
Food does more work here than people expect. What you eat, and more to the point how and why you eat it, is one of the oldest patterns most of us are running. It is worth watching for seven days while somebody else does the cooking.
Dietary requirements are catered for with prior notice. Tell us on the intake form rather than at the table.

From people who went
I was in physical and emotional pain before working with Cameron and his team, but over the past 18 months, my life has transformed. I've stopped judging myself, handle situations that once caused grief and misery with grace, and 80 to 90% of my negative self-talk and beliefs are gone. I couldn't recommend this experience more highly.
Getting here
Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), then twenty-three kilometres south west to Hang Dong and up the Samoeng road. About forty-five minutes, longer in rain.
Do not book flights until your place is confirmed. Screening comes first, and dates are not final until our medical advisors have signed off. Once they have, you get every logistical detail in writing.
You are met at arrivals on day one and driven straight to the resort. On the last day you are driven back with time to spare. If you are flying long haul, arrive the night before and sleep in the city. Landing and going straight into a first evening is a bad idea and we will say so.
If anything in your health history concerns you, tell us before you apply rather than after. It is not a filter designed to catch you out, it is how we work out whether we can hold you properly.
This is a medically screened programme.
You are being asked to drop your guard in a room of strangers on the other side of the world. That is not a small ask and we do not treat it as one.
Every application is reviewed before a place is offered. You will be asked about cardiac and metabolic history, pregnancy, any history of disordered eating, current psychiatric care, and every medication you take. Some people will be declined. Some will be asked for bloodwork before we can decide.
Say the true thing on the form. If you are on medication, keep taking it and tell us what it is. Your boundaries are yours for the whole week, and nothing is done to you that you have not agreed to.
This programme is not medical treatment and does not replace care from your own doctor. It is not offered as a treatment for any disease or condition.
Select your options
Seven places per cohort, every one by application. Nothing is charged until your screening clears.
Hlong Khao Twin
Change the dates or the room in the panel and this updates with them. Your selection travels with the enquiry, so the first reply already knows what you asked for.
Questions people actually ask
It is my first time. Is that a problem?
No, and it is the most common case. Most people arrive having never done work this deep. The information call is a real conversation rather than a sales script: where you are, what you are carrying, and whether this is the right week of your life for it. If it is not, we will say so.
What if I fall apart?
Then you fall apart with six other people and a trauma-informed team around you, which is rather the point. Facilitators are available through the night. Nothing that comes up in a ceremony is left for you to carry alone until the next morning.
Can I come with my partner?
Yes, and the Bali Pool Villa is built for two attending together. It is worth knowing that you will each have your own week, and people often find they need more space from each other than they expected, not less.
What happens after I get home?
Your two integration sessions happen on site, before you fly, so you land already having started. After that you stay in contact with the team. Integration is where most retreats quietly fail, so it is not treated here as an add-on.
Is there phone signal?
There is wifi across the resort, and we would rather you did not use it. Nobody takes your phone off you, but the week works considerably better if it lives in a drawer.
Refund and cancellation
The deposit is payable on acceptance, once screening clears, and the balance thirty days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future cohort. If our medical advisors decline you at screening, nothing is charged.
