The Henosis Standard: Wellness Certification

Spaces and practitioners vetted for consciousness.

Each certification is awarded by a human to a human, for the way they show up in the world and for what they contribute to the co-creation.

What is being looked for and validated from the practitioners and spaces is resonance. It is deeper than an ideology or an understanding, as it represents our deepest shared truth, at the core of our being, that we are interconnected and inseparable.

The goal is to move in this direction. The ones carrying these marks walk that path congruently with this truth.

For practitioners, it means that if they are sitting here on this site, they have done the work and they create results for their clients. For operators, it means they build through the lens of unity consciousness. For spaces and organizations, it means the leaders see this way, and that it carries all the way down to their staff and their operating policies.

These are not forms. They are not algorithms. We do not do this for payment's sake. Most directories sell the position. This certification speaks a clear message.

As of October 2026, the network holds 29 certified spaces and 43 certified practitioners, each with a public profile in the directory. What the mark means, and what it does not.

Practitioners

One standard. They have done their own work, they can show what changes for the ones who sit with them, and they are still reachable afterwards. Free at every stage, and there is no application. Teachers carry their own mark beside it, not above it. Read the standard

Spaces and organizations

Awareness, Embodied, Conscious. Which one is awarded depends on how far this has travelled: living in the founder, running through the culture, or shaping what the organization now teaches others. The standard is awarded first and the annual listing follows. Read the standards

Certification for individuals within the network

Four standings, not four levels

None of these sits above another. A practitioner is not a junior teacher and a member is not a practitioner who has not made it yet. They are different relationships to the same work, and each has its own way in. Two are assessed. One is referred. One is chosen.

One standard, and no tier under it or over it. They have done their own work, they can show what changes for the ones who sit with them, and they are still reachable afterwards.

Henosis Certified Teacher

Assessed

For the ones who train practitioners. The people they taught now practise on their own, and can be spoken to without the teacher in the room.

Certification for organisations and spaces

Three standards, and they are a climb

There are three, because organisations sit at different stages of integrating conscious awareness. First it is identified, and it lives in the founder. Then it reaches into what the organisation teaches and how it speaks. Then it stops being something the organisation says and becomes something it is.

Awareness Standard

Copper

The philosophy lives in the founder personally. Their work and their space are rooted in the understanding that humans are eternal beings. Listed and marked as a signal of conscious intent.

Conscious Standard

Silver

The organisation transmits the philosophy and advances it. Running programmes, teaching it outward, contributing to the movement. Verified through a deeper assessment.

Embodied Standard

Gold

It has stopped being something the organisation says and become something it is. Through the staff, the culture, the building and every hour a guest is inside it. You feel it before anyone explains it. The deepest assessment, and the highest trust signal in the network.

Who is being assessed sets what it costs.

Practitioners are certified free, permanently, and cannot pay to be listed. Organizations carry an assessment fee and an annual listing fee, quoted after the standard is awarded and never before.
