Henosis holds a small number of places, rooms and people for every booking. When you book, we commit. This page says what happens if your plans change, and what happens if ours do.
Henosis is operated by Henosis LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Payments. A deposit holds your place. Each retreat’s page states its deposit, when the balance is due, and any rules of its own. Where a retreat’s page and this page differ, the retreat’s page applies.
If your plans change. Once your place is confirmed, payments are not refundable. What you have paid is never simply lost: you can move your booking once, to the same retreat on a date starting within twelve months, or pass your place to someone else, who has the same welcome call and health check you did.
Illness and the unexpected. Travel insurance is a condition of booking. It is there to cover illness, injury, a family emergency or travel disruption that keeps you from coming or means you leave early, and we provide whatever your insurer needs.
If we cancel or move a date. If a date does not reach its minimum number of guests, or if we ever cancel or move it, everything you have paid comes back to you in full, or moves with you to another date, whichever you prefer.
Leaving early. Nights, sessions and treatments you do not use are not refunded.
Many retreats in the directory are run by their own hosts. Their cancellation policy is theirs, and it is shown on their listing. If a listing does not state one, ask the host before you book.
Tickets are not refundable. If you cannot come, the name on the ticket can be changed to somebody else. Write to hello@henosis.life and we will move it across.
If we cancel for reasons beyond anyone’s control (severe weather, natural disaster, the facilitator’s illness or injury, a government order, travel disruption, or the venue closing), we will offer you a credit toward a future Henosis event, a transfer to another event, or a full refund. Which of these we offer depends on the circumstances, and we will tell you within seven days.
If we cancel for any other reason, you get a full refund.
A credit is valid for twelve months from the date it is issued, and the date it expires is written on it. Henosis may extend a credit at its discretion.
You choose what you contribute each month, and you can change or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your access runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and that month is not refunded.
A contribution, one-time or monthly, is a gift to the mission, and it is not refunded. A monthly contribution can be changed or stopped at any time, and stopping it ends the payments from the next month. If we charged you in error, twice or an amount you did not choose, write to us and we will put it right.
A gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase, and the date it expires is written on it. If it has not been used, the buyer can have a full refund within fourteen days of purchase. After that it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. It can be used across several bookings, and it cannot buy certification. Gift cards bought before 16 October 2026 do not expire.
You can cancel within one month of your order for a full refund. After that, your place is held until the book is printed. If the book is never printed, every Founding Reader is refunded in full.
Certification is earned through assessment, never purchased. The standard is awarded first, and the annual fee comes second. The annual fee is not refunded in part if a space leaves during the year; the certification stays valid to the end of the year paid for. The practitioner mark carries no fee at all.
Write to hello@henosis.life or use the contact page. A person reads every message, usually within two working days. Refunds go back to the way you paid.
We may update this page from time to time, and will post the current version here with a new effective date. A booking is held to the terms in place when it was made.
You're eternal. Our server bill isn't.
