You were programmed.
Which means you are programmable.

Twenty-eight days to find the programs that have been running your life, and to put your hand back on the dial. Sixteen people, starting on the full moon of 24 November, finishing before Christmas.

Who I am, and why this exists

The day I saw it, it stopped being mine.

I am Cameron Quin. I built businesses for years on a nervous system that had been in survival since I was a child. I thought I was driven. It turns out I was blindly running.

When I saw that I was programmed, I realised I was programmable. That is when I became the active participant in my own programming. I changed my neurology, and it changed my life.

You are not giving things up. You are taking yourself back.

I built this because the work that did it for me was scattered across a decade and a dozen teachers. Twenty-eight days, in order, with three people who can see whether you turned up.

Cameron Quin

In their words

This is what the work does to people.

Eight people, none of them asked for a quote. Deprogram itself starts on 24 November, so nobody below has done it. They did the work it is built from, in rooms and sessions and over months, and this is what they said afterwards.

I was in physical and emotional pain before working with Cameron and his team, but over the past 18 months, my life has transformed. I've stopped judging myself, handle situations that once caused grief and misery with grace, and 80 to 90% of my negative self-talk and beliefs are gone. I couldn't recommend this experience more highly.

Before working with Cameron, my mental, emotional, and spiritual state felt scattered, stressed, unfocused, and heavy. I was carrying years of unspoken pain. Through Cameron's leadership and the safe, powerful space Henosis created, I experienced a complete shift. My stress baseline is lower, my tolerance for challenges is stronger, and my sense of what's possible has expanded. It was nothing short of life-changing.

Twelve days on. Two decades of relentless cravings for sugar and processed junk, eating until I vomited so I didn't have to feel: gone. Caffeine: gone. The slight panic under every meditation: gone. Shadow work and journaling come naturally now, and I'm calmer with my kids and my partner. I sleep deeply, practically uninterrupted, which for a 60-year-old guy is a true godsend.

Cameron has a rare ability to connect with you at a deeply human level, see the shadows holding you back, and guide you toward the light you forgot you had. A few days after Cameron's talk, I had a near-death experience, and the tools and insights he equipped me with literally helped me go deeper into myself than I ever had before. I couldn't stop writing. That experience opened something in me, leading to a calmer mindset and a much clearer inner space. My only request is that the world gets more time with Cameron.

I came to the retreat to explore areas I'd been curious about, and the experience far exceeded anything I imagined. The depth of sharing and the way people opened and transformed over the days was beautiful to witness. I left feeling more grounded, self-aware and aligned with my true self. There is nothing to lose and enormous gain.

It was an eye-opening session that I didn't want to risk blinking for. I just had a mystical experience that almost felt like proof of the universe being an illusion. Be prepared to know what you don't know.

He comes from a successful background as an entrepreneur and has experienced a gauntlet of spiritual work. His knowledge is at a minimum eye opening and worth pondering, and potentially life changing and mind blowing. It was a unique experience where we shared consciousness and entered a bliss state of wonder, sharing vision.

Cameron helps you connect spirituality with science so you can show up better every day, seeing how interconnected the physical world and your spiritual thoughts really are. 10/10 would recommend.

Start here

You already know how this goes.

You know what you should stop doing. You have known for years. You have probably stopped before, for a week, maybe three, and then one ordinary Tuesday you were back in it and could not say exactly when the decision got made.

So you have quietly concluded that something is wrong with you. Discipline, willpower, character, whatever word you use when nobody is listening.

Nothing is wrong with you. You are running software you did not write.

Every rule you live by was installed by somebody who is not in the room any more. A parent, a school, a church, a country, a screen. You did not consent to any of it, because at the age it went in you could not have. And it is still running, which is why effort alone keeps losing. You cannot out-willpower code. You can only read it.

A crab does not grow a bigger shell. It leaves the one that stopped fitting, and walks naked until the next one hardens.

That part, the walking naked, is the part everyone skips. It is uncomfortable and it is brief, and on the other side of it nothing has a hold on you that you did not choose.

Day 2, the morning board

The shape of it

Four weeks, and each one has a job.

One piece of work a day. Ten to forty minutes most days, and a handful of the full sessions run closer to an hour. Released at 5am and closed by you at night, so there is never a backlog to be ashamed of.

Week one

See it

What you actually do, measured rather than remembered. Your screen hours, your sleep, your food, the thing you reach for when the day gets loud.

Week two

Name it

Where each program came in and whose voice it arrived in. One tech-free day. The Threshold, which is the hardest thing in the four weeks.

Week three

Move it

The body end of it. Breath, shaking, cold, retention. Programs live in tissue, not only in thought, and this is the week that reaches them.

Week four

Keep it

Rebuilding on your own terms, so it survives contact with January. You finish with a report built from twenty-eight days of your own data.

Closing the day

Your goals

You set them. Nobody hands you a list.

Most programs give you twelve things to do and quietly blame you when you drop nine. Nothing here is handed to you. We start by finding out what you are already doing, because almost everybody is running four or five things without crediting themselves for a single one.

Then you decide what you are committing to for the twenty-eight days, and how many. Three, four, five. Whatever you will actually keep on the worst day of the month, because a bad week is coming and the number that survives it is the only number that counts.

One of them is a named abstinence, and you name it yourself. That is the only rule about what goes on the list, because the thing you least want to put on that line is the thing this is for.

The goals you set are the spine. Everything else in the twenty-eight days is work you do once and learn from.

Grace

You get three Grace days. A Grace day removes that day from both sides of the equation, so your score is never a lie in either direction. Whatever you have left at the end is worth $50 each against your next run, and most people finish with one unspent and are oddly proud of it.

What your team sees

Who is with you

Three other people, and they can see your log.

You are put in a team of four before Day 1. Not a Facebook group with eleven hundred strangers. Three people, doing the same twenty-eight days, on the same dates.

Here is the part that makes it work. Your log is not private to your team. They see which of your habits you kept and which you did not, every day, and you see theirs.

At six every morning all four of you get the same message. It names who closed yesterday and who did not. Not a nudge, not a reminder, a list with your name on it. Then you talk about it in the feed, which is where the whole thing actually happens.

They are not there to coach you. None of you are qualified and that is fine. They are there because the part of you that will quit is the part that believes nobody is watching. On day nine, when you have had a terrible week and you want to let it slide, the thing that gets you up is knowing three people will read your name at six in the morning.

If somebody disappears for three days their teammate gets moved, immediately, to a team that is still showing up. That rule exists to protect the people doing the work rather than to punish the one who stopped.

I am in it with you for this first run, every day, in the same room. On the runs after this one I will not always be, and the program is built so that does not matter. If I turn up it should be a bonus, never the mechanism.

Before Day 1

Setup, and it is not a form.

About sixty minutes, saved as you go, finished any time before the 23rd. This is where the measuring happens, and it is the reason your Day 28 report can say anything true.

  1. 1

    The body, on the record

Weight, eight photographs including your eyes, ears and hands, and every ailment you live with. Some of what we photograph will change in four weeks. Some will not, and knowing which is which is the point.

  2. 2

    Sleep, food, fasting

How you actually sleep, not how you would describe it at dinner. Your eating window works itself out from timestamps, so you photograph the meal and tap once.

  3. 3

    Your screen hours

Guided, app by app, with the exact taps for your phone. Almost nobody guesses their own number within three hours of the truth.

  4. 4

    What you reach for

Named plainly. Whatever comes first on that list becomes your named abstinence, and you will have had a chance to argue with me about it.

  5. 5

    Three questionnaires

PHQ-9, GAD-7 and WHO-5. Standard clinical instruments, scored, and re-asked on Day 28 so the change is a number rather than a feeling.

  6. 6

    The life audit

Every commitment, subscription, obligation and relationship, listed, and then the only question that matters about each one. This is where most people find the two hours a day they swore they did not have.

  7. 7

Your why, in your own voice

Recorded, not typed. On day nineteen when you want to stop, you will be played your own voice from today, which is harder to argue with than anything I could say.

Twelve days, itemised

This is the Day 28 report, written by accident.

Rob is sixty and lives in Bangkok. Nobody asked him for a testimonial. Twelve days after the work he sent a numbered list, because that is what you do when the changes are specific enough to count. This is what we now ask every person to write on Day 28.

Read H again. He tells you himself that one is fading. That is the line that makes the other nine worth believing, and it is the reason his list is on this page instead of a tidier one.

The team feed

Day 28

You leave with numbers, not a feeling.

Dates

Every run starts on a full moon.

Not for the mysticism of it. It is a date nobody can misremember, it is visible from wherever you are in the world, and it gives sixteen people in nine time zones one thing they are all looking at on the same night.

There is a full moon on 24 December 2026 and we are not running it. Twenty-eight days that cross Christmas would ask you to do the hardest four weeks of your year in the one month nobody controls their own calendar. Cohort one finishes on 21 December instead, which means you walk into Christmas already done.

The Deprogram guarantee

Do the work, and if it does not leave you better off, you get a 100% refund.

Not a credit. Not a free re-run. Your money, returned, and you keep every recording, every report and everything you built in the four weeks.

Whether it worked is your call, and nobody argues with you. No panel, no evidence, no interview about how you feel. You say it did not leave you better off and that is the end of the discussion.

Whether you did the work is measured, and that part is not negotiable. Three gates, all of them visible on your own screen every single night, so there is no way to arrive at Day 28 and be surprised.

You needThe numberWhere you see it
Days closed26 of 28. A Grace day counts as closed.Your nightly close
The goals you setKept on the days you did not spend GraceYour own ticks
Setup and Day 28Both finished and submittedYour account

I can write a guarantee that strong because of what twenty-six closed days actually is. Nobody closes twenty-six days out of twenty-eight, keeps their three, and arrives at Day 28 unchanged. The work is what changes people, and that is the work. So the only person who can claim this is a person who did the whole thing, and that person almost never wants their money back.

If you are not going to close twenty-six days, do not pay the deposit. That is the real filter, and it is why there is a conversation before you are in.

Your second seat

Bring someone with you. They go free.

One registration, two people. You pay once and whoever you bring pays nothing.

This is not a referral scheme and there is no code to share. Every place comes with a second seat attached to it, and you decide who sits in it.

Pick them now in the form below, or skip it. Nothing about your own start depends on it, and the seat stays open on your account until the run begins, so you can invite somebody in week one of November when you have worked out who actually needs this.

If I decline them, you will not be the one who finds out. That conversation is between me and them, and the seat comes back to you to give to somebody else. Nobody has to tell a friend they did not get in.

They do not go in your team. They do the same twenty-eight days on the same dates, in the same room, and they are matched into a different four. Two friends in one team of four talk to each other and nobody else, which is the one thing a team cannot survive. You will see them every day in the room. You will not be each other's accountability.

Enrolling

Sixteen places, and a conversation first.

I am not selling this to anybody who should not be doing it. The deposit holds a place and opens my calendar. It is not how you buy your way in.

  1. 1

    Answer two questions, below

What you want from the twenty-eight days, and what you are trying to change. I read them before we speak, so the call starts somewhere useful.

  2. 2

    Pay the $97 deposit

The link comes by email. It holds one of the sixteen places for seven days and opens my calendar to you.

  3. 3

    Book your twenty minutes

Straight after you pay. Pick a time that suits you.

  4. 4

    We both decide

If it is not right, or the timing is wrong, I say so and the $97 comes straight back. I would rather lose the sale than put somebody into four weeks they are not ready for.

  5. 5

    Pay the balance and start

$400 on acceptance. Setup is about an hour, ReProgram Online is another eighty minutes and both have to be done before the 24th. You meet your team before Day 1.

$97 today, $400 on acceptance. Refunded in full if either of us says no.

Start here

Cohort one, 24 November 2026. Answer the two questions properly and the call will be worth both our time. Nothing is charged on this screen.

Be specific. "Feel better" tells me nothing. "I want to get through a week without reaching for my phone the second I'm bored" tells me everything.
Whatever you write here is between you and me, and it is usually the first thing we talk about.
Optional. Leave it empty and the second seat stays on your account, so you can invite somebody any time before the run starts.

Nothing is charged here. The deposit link and my calendar follow by email.

Got it.

I have your answers and I read them before we speak. The deposit link and my calendar go out by email as soon as places open, and you are on the list ahead of anyone who finds the page later.

Not ready for a cohort

The same twenty-eight days, self-paced, on your own, whenever you want to start. No team, no room, no call with me, and no money-back guarantee, because the guarantee depends on things only a run can measure.

$197. Available after cohort one begins.

Before you ask

The questions people actually have.

How much time a day?

Ten to forty minutes for the day's piece on most days, plus whatever your own goals take. A few of the full sessions run to about an hour, and you will know which days those are in advance. The life audit in setup usually gives people more time back than the program asks for.

What if I miss a day?

You go back and close it. The day stays open, you can amend it up to the end of its week, and it is marked as amended rather than quietly rewritten. You also have three Grace days for the days that were genuinely not yours, and a Grace day still counts as closed for the guarantee.

So I could do the work, say it did not help, and get my money back?

Yes. That is exactly the deal and it is not a loophole, it is the offer. If you give me twenty-six days of real work and tell me it left you no better off, I have not earned the money.

Is this group therapy?

No. It is not therapy of any kind and it does not replace it. If you are in treatment, keep your practitioner and tell them you are doing this. Setup asks some direct questions about where you are, and if the answers say this is the wrong month, I will tell you.

Who is it actually for?

People who already know something is running them and want it named rather than soothed. It is direct, it will not flatter you, and the work is yours to do. If you want to be looked after for four weeks this is the wrong purchase.

Do I have to be on camera or share with strangers?

You post to three people, in writing, voice or video, whichever you prefer. There are no mandatory live calls in cohort one. Nothing you upload in setup is visible to your team.

What is the named abstinence?

One thing you stop for twenty-eight days, named by you in setup. It is compulsory that there is one, and it is your choice what it is. The honest version is the first thing you thought of when you read that sentence.

Is the second seat really free?

Yes. One payment, two people, and the person you bring pays nothing and gets the same twenty-eight days. They go through the same call before they are in, because the filter applies to them too.

They are not put in your team, and they do not carry your guarantee. If you claim the refund, you are refunded and they keep what they did.

If I decline them, I tell them, not you, and the seat comes back to you.

Why only sixteen?

Four teams of four. Teams are the mechanism, and a team that is not properly matched does more harm than no team. Sixteen is what I can match and watch properly on the first run.

24 November 2026

You have read this far, which tells you something.

Twenty-eight days from the full moon in November, and you walk into Christmas with it already behind you. Sixteen places, and a 100% refund if you do the work and it does not land.

Day 1 is 54 days away.
