What "Certified by Henosis" Means

It means a human being assessed that practitioner or space against the Henosis Standard and awarded the mark. Nobody can buy it. Practitioners hold one standard with no tiers. Spaces hold Awareness, Conscious or Embodied, and Embodied is the highest. It is not a training certificate or a clinical licence, and it can be revoked.

How a Hotel Can Add Wellness Programming Without Building a Spa

A hotel can add wellness without a spa by bringing the practitioners in rather than building rooms for them. Do You Need a Certification to Be a Sound Healer?

In most places, no. Sound healing is generally unregulated, so a sound healing certificate shows you completed a course, not that any government licensed you. How to Get More Clients as a Breathwork Facilitator

Breathwork facilitators get more clients through trust that travels. Choose who you serve, make the first session easy and safe to book, stay reachable afterwards so people return and talk about you, build referral relationships with studios and other practitioners, and give people outside proof of your training and character. Visibility helps. Word of mouth fills rooms.

What Trauma Informed Actually Means for a Practitioner

For a practitioner, trauma informed means assuming anyone in the room may carry trauma, and working so they are not harmed again. You explain what will happen, ask before touch, make stopping easy, never push for a breakthrough, and refer on when something is beyond you. It describes a way of working, not a qualification to treat trauma.

Nobody Wakes Up Alone

I spent years treating self-reliance as a spiritual virtue. Then I looked back honestly at every single threshold I crossed, and there was a human standing at every one of them. Here are mine, and here is how I now choose them.
