Safeguards

Depth work done badly is a hazard in itself.

We are often brought in by the person whose job is psychological safety. So here is exactly how we hold a room, written down, before you ask.

A registered psychologist on call for every programme

Named in your contract, with a written escalation path agreed before we start.

Participation is voluntary, always

Nobody is required to share anything. It is written into the invitation, said aloud at the start, and honoured in the room.

Confidentiality agreed in writing before day one

What the organisation hears and what it never hears, agreed with the participants and not only with the buyer.

Pre-screening

A private, dignified path out for anyone currently in acute crisis, arranged so that nobody has to explain themselves to their employer.

Scope of practice

We facilitate. We do not diagnose, treat, or use clinical language. Practitioners work inside their certification and nowhere else.

Insurance

Professional indemnity and public liability, current, with certificates provided on request.

No coercion, no humiliation, no forced disclosure

Ever. If a facilitator crosses that line they leave the network.

If any of this is a surprise, you have been talking to the wrong kind of provider.

Start with a Situation Briefing.

Twenty minutes, no charge. Bring the questions your risk team would ask, and we will answer them directly.

Which one is closest, right now?

The argument this work rests on.
