Most consultancies arrive with a plan and an invoice. We arrive with practitioners and guests. Certification is the one thing you pay for up front, it is deliberately small, and everything past it is a decision you make with a week on your own property behind you.
Twenty minutes. We ask why the property exists. Nothing is sold on this call and there is no proposal attached to it. Most of what we need to know arrives in the first two minutes.
If it is a fit, your property is assessed against the Standard and listed in the directory. A tier is awarded rather than chosen. Not every property that is assessed is certified, and that is the only reason the mark is worth carrying.
A residency. We bring the practitioners and build the programme around your property and your season, in a week you were not filling. Your team gets the copy, the imagery and the story before we arrive rather than after.
Once your own guests have seen it, they book certified practitioners through the property year-round. Nobody on your team has to go and find them.
Your team is trained to hold the work between our visits, and assessed at the end. The programme becomes yours rather than something that only happens when we are in the building.
We would rather bring you revenue before we ask you for anything that matters.
Every other firm in this category walks into the office as an expense line. Past the certification fee, the first real thing we do on a property is fill a week in a season you were not filling, which means the first substantial conversation about money is one where the number is going the other way. Everything below step 03 is sold to somebody we have already paid, at least under the structure where we bring the guests, and that is a completely different conversation to a pitch.
Access, honest answers, one named person on your side with a mobile number, and decision dates.
Twenty minutes, no charge. If we are not right for your property we will say so on the call.
Your guests can go anywhere in the world for pampering. Why would they come to you?
