Henosis for Hospitality

Your guests book them. You carry no payroll.

Your guests book from the certified network, and nobody on your team has to go and find them.

How it runs

The property plugs into the Henosis certified network for in-room and on-property sessions. Your concierge books, or the guest books directly from their room. Nothing changes about your spa and nothing is taken away from your existing team.

No searching, no interviewing, no trial treatments to sit through. Contracting, cover and scope are agreed for each engagement and put in writing before anyone works on your property, so your team is not the one chasing certificates.

What makes the network different

Every platform in this market vets. Identity checks, qualifications, insurance, a rating. All of it is table stakes and any operator can do it themselves, which is why vetting is not a reason to choose anybody.

The Henosis Standard assesses something else: whether a practitioner works from the understanding that the person in front of them is more than a body to be fixed. That is not a compliance check and it cannot be bought. It is also the thing your guest can feel in the first ten minutes, whether or not they have language for it.

What it does for the property

It gives your spa menu something on it that the property next door cannot list. It gives your concierge an answer to the request they currently cannot fulfil. And it reaches the guest who was never going to book a standard treatment and would have spent nothing.

It also does not need a capital decision, a build, or a season. It can start with one practitioner and one weekend.

How it is structured

Commission on each session, with no cost of goods to the property. The property earns on every booking it did not previously have. Where a property would rather bring somebody in-house, we will structure that instead.

Rates are set against the property, the market and the modality. We will walk you through the numbers on a call rather than publish them.

Forward this to whoever owns the property

Luxury properties are increasingly sourcing specialist wellness delivery through vetted networks rather than carrying every discipline in-house, because the cost of carrying specialist practitioners full time never matches the demand curve. The open question is what the network is vetted against. Almost every platform in this market competes on compliance checks, which any operator can run themselves. Very few are assessed on anything else.
