A company-wide nervous system assessment. Not an engagement survey, not a wellbeing pulse, and not a personality test.
Everyone in the organisation, or everyone in the part of it we are looking at, completes the Index. We are not asking whether they are satisfied. We are asking what their body is doing at work: where the pressure sits, where recovery has stopped happening, and where people are bracing.
Then we map it. You get the hot spots, named and located. Which teams are holding, where it is leaking out as attrition and absence, and where it is quietly fine and you never knew.
Most leaders can guess two of the hot spots. Nobody has ever guessed all of them.
The Index is not a hunt for what is broken. It reads the full range, from teams that are genuinely thriving to teams running on empty, and it tells you about both.
That matters for three reasons. An instrument that can only find problems will always find problems, which makes it worthless. Knowing where your organisation is well is as useful as knowing where it is not, because that is where you look to understand why. And if it cannot register health, then twelve months from now it cannot show you improvement either.
Everything else gets sharper once this exists. The Leadership Mirror knows what to look at. The Offsite is built around something real instead of a theme. And you get a before.
Priced by headcount. Indicative AU$18,000 to AU$60,000.
Re-run annually, so twelve months from now there is a before and an after.
Serious psychological injury claims in Australia hit 17,600 in FY2023-24, up 161% over the decade. The median claim costs AU$67,400 and takes 35.7 weeks off work, against AU$16,300 and a fraction of the time for other serious claims. Since 1 July 2026 in NSW, codes of practice are legally enforceable benchmarks rather than guidance. Bullying, harassment and work pressure account for 57.4% of these claims, and both of those causes originate above the people they harm.
