Leadership coach working the gap between who you are under pressure and who you are capable of being. Thirty years in professional theatre first, then a master's in Depth Psychology and Creativity from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where he is now adjunct faculty. An ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Presence-Based Coaching Core Practitioner, and an LDP Affiliate with the Center for Creative Leadership. His own synthesis is Theater of Self, an intensive that puts physical theatre, Jungian depth psychology and Iain McGilchrist's hemispheric framework in the same room, aimed at recovering what conventional leadership development leaves out: play, awe, embodied presence, and enough metacognitive flexibility not to collapse when it matters. He works in six-month engagements with leaders at a genuine inflection point, assessment-informed where it helps and imagination-led throughout. The practice is named for the iaculus, the Roman serpent that waits coiled and invisible and then moves once, which is his working definition of kairos.
