Built around a monk's cave on the south coast of Koh Samui, opened in 2005 by John and Karina Stewart. He had been a Buddhist monk; she is a practitioner of Chinese medicine and still the Chief Wellness Officer. Sixteen programmes across movement and alignment, detox and gut renewal, restore and recharge, longevity and metabolic balance, and emotional resilience, with more than a hundred therapies underneath them. The Longevity House runs IV, ozone and hyperbaric oxygen therapy; the Cognitive House works on the mind. All of it held in a hillside of rock, jungle and sea.
