Four days and three nights at Mala Dhara, the eco resort and organic farm in Doi Saket, built around integration rather than the ceremony itself. IFS sessions beforehand, then embodied and artistic integration through singing, dance, art and yoga, then sharing circles and individual integration sessions after. The premise is the unglamorous one: what you met is worth nothing until it is metabolised.
