Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner and IFS-informed, trauma-informed coach, in practice since 2018. His approach is body-first: let the somatic work slow and settle the system, then do the granular parts work inside that. Law at Edinburgh, then teaching in London high schools, then NGO work, before any of this. Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy trauma themes, the IFS model, Psychosynthesis foundations and Integrated Somatic Parts Work. Also holds a black belt in Aikido and teaches hatha yoga, mindfulness and breathwork. He began working with plant medicines in 2011, started shamanic training in 2016 with the Brazilian shaman and psychotherapist Xamã Alba Maria Nunes, and completed a five-year initiation in facilitation in 2023. Runs private sessions, men's circles and plant integration circles, and holds integration retreats in northern Thailand.
