The Elements is at 321 Chiang Dao, in Chiang Dao District. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00 and needs no booking: guests walk in and bring only swimwear and slippers. Beyond the dry sauna, herbal steam room, wood-fired jacuzzi, saltwater pool and ice bath, there are indoor spaces to rest or work, and a cafe. Overnight guests sleep in bell tents, use the jacuzzi after sunset and spend the evening around the fire. It suits people who want a full day of heat and cold in the mountains, or a night away from the city.
