25 meditation spaces, practitioners, and retreats in the network. Each is certified or emerging under one philosophical standard: you are an eternal being, not a problem to be solved.

The online home of the network, held by Henosis itself. Live breathwork, meditation sits, ceremony, and teachings streamed from wherever the frequency is strongest, with the Eternal community gathered around it. No location, because you were never only a body anyway.

Managed by Chiang Mai Wellbeing Social Enterprise. Mountain views, garden pool, spa, yoga, hydrotherapy, and wellness meals. Meditative atmosphere throughout. Insda sits in Ban Pong, Hang Dong district, in the green hills outside Chiang Mai city. It works as a resort and a retreat venue at once, with rooms that run from deluxe doubles to a three-bedroom Lanna house. The team behind the former Amaravati Wellness Center has operated here since March 2025. The core practice is Elements Harmonize: body preparation, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, chanting and Anapanasati breath meditation. Guests can add guided Yoga Nidra, a group cacao ceremony with intention setting and sharing, sound sessions with bowls and handpan (indoors or in the pool), and supported floating with guided movement in water. It takes individual stays, families, retreat groups and meetings, and it is pet friendly.

Built according to Vastu principles. The name means live, seed, and immortality. Five elements, Ayurvedic meals, herbal steam, cold plunge, sound therapy, ceremony, 360-degree mountain views.

At the foot of Mt. Banahaw, the Philippines' sacred mountain. DOT Mabuhay accredited. Traditional hilot healing, slow food, sacred pilgrimages, retreats held in reverence for the living Earth. Banahaw Circle is a bed and breakfast retreat in the Holy Trinity Compound, Barangay Santa Lucia, Dolores, Quezon. Guests sleep in the Nature Villa or the Art House, in rustic rooms from singles to dorms. Up to 80 percent of the food is farmed in the rainforest by local partners. A floating sanctuary on a still mountain lake in Sri Lanna. Breathwork, energy work, TRE, cacao ceremony, and meditation, held by facilitators who work with the whole being and not the symptom. Om Waters is five floating houseboats on Mae Ngat Somboon Chon Lake, reached through Sri Lanna National Park: about an hour by road from Chiang Mai, then 30 minutes by boat. It runs off-grid on solar power. The centrepiece is a 120 square metre floating yoga shala. Base Camp sleeps up to 22 in simple twin rooms, and three vegan and vegetarian meals a day come from the Cat House Chiang Mai kitchen. Kayaks are on hand. It works mainly as a venue: retreat leaders bring groups of eight or more for yoga, meditation, dance, massage training and healing workshops, November to February. Individuals can book unclaimed dates on Airbnb, released each August, and share the space as a floating homestay.

A yoga retreat in the Chiang Mai hills where the practice opens inward. Breathwork journeys, evening ceremony, and the plain invitation to explore your inner and outer world at once. Suan Sati sits on five acres of rice fields in Mae Wang district, 45 minutes from Chiang Mai city. Co-founders Will and Lisa run it on solar power, in adobe mud-brick buildings. From October to February it runs six-day retreats: Hatha and Vinyasa in the morning, slow flow, restorative or yin in the afternoon, Anapanasati breath meditation, and workshops in pranayama, bodywork, philosophy and kirtan, framed by opening and closing ceremonies. Food is plant-based Thai and fusion. It suits beginners and experienced practitioners, and is not a dedicated silent retreat. Guests stay for the whole programme. May to September it runs as a guest house, and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings run several times a year.

A conscious intentional village on Palawan, home to the innerdance energy school and a global family of facilitators. Life here is the inner process made daily and communal.

The house of happiness in the Palawan interior. Raw food, breathwork, and innerdance woven into a healing retreat that returns you to what was never sick in the first place. Daniw Arrazola and Pi Villaraza, the founder of innerdance, opened Bahay Kalipay in 2007 in Barangay Santa Monica, Puerto Princesa, among forest and a clear river. Pi's involvement ended in 2019. It calls itself the oldest raw food detox, innerdance and yoga retreat in Asia. The Deep Nature Cleanse runs 5, 7 or 21 days: three raw meals a day, gentle colon cleansing, daily yoga, breathwork and meditation, massage, a forest trek to the river, and one day a week of coconut fasting in complete silence. There is also a yoga programme and a three day raw food chef course. It suits people carrying burnout or a depleted body. No fitness or experience needed.

An Ubud sanctuary of sacred sound and Balinese ritual. Cacao ceremony, yin, and vibration used to restore the harmony that was always underneath the noise. Heart Space is at 1 Nyuh Kuning Road in central Ubud. Amanda Ashleigh Tylor founded it in 2020 and runs it with co-owner Wieland Stolzenburg. It calls itself a sound based space for nervous system healing, not a typical yoga studio. The timetable, 6:30am to 10pm daily, covers yin and restorative yoga, sound healing, yoga nidra, breathwork, meditation and cacao ceremony. Balinese healers give Balinese healing massage and pranic healing massage, alongside acupuncture and chakra healing. Next door is Flourish, a fully gluten free restaurant. The five day Nervous System Reset retreat adds sound immersions and massage, with no expectation to fill every hour. Classes are open to all levels, and some suit kids and teens.

A sound healing temple built to the geometry of the pyramids. Moon ceremonies, breath and voice, and vibration journeys that move the body without moving the feet. Pyramids of Chi is at Jalan Kelebang Moding 22, Bentuyung, Ubud. Peter and Lynn McIntosh founded it in 2013. The pyramids are built to scale with the Great Pyramid of Giza, with a 52 degree base angle and one wall aligned to true north. A newer AMA Multisensory Dome sits alongside them. Sessions run all day on a fixed timetable: Ancient Sound Healing, Scalar Healing Energy, Light Sound Vibration and the dome. Around them are moon ceremonies, breathwork, meditation, yoga, tea and cacao ceremonies, workshops and 1:1 sessions. There is a gluten free vegan cafe, a gift shop, gardens, group bookings and a practitioner residency. First time meditators and seasoned practitioners both come.

It teaches from the Himalayan Siddhas lineage, with Vishnu Guruji and Shakti named as teachers. Retreats include kundalini, kriya yoga and silent Vipassana formats. Half a century of research into expanded states of consciousness, built on a single premise: you are more than the physical body. The nearest thing there is to a laboratory for the eternal. The campus covers more than 300 acres in the Blue Ridge foothills of Nelson County, Virginia. Robert A. Monroe, a radio producer who began having out-of-body experiences in 1958, founded it, and it runs as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that also runs research. Residential programmes last five days and six nights at the Nancy Penn Center or Roberts Mountain Retreat, once Monroe's home. Gateway Voyage is the entry point, built on his original binaural beat exercises. Others cover out-of-body states, lucid dreaming and remote viewing. Every place needs an approved application. Anyone with a history of seizures, auditory disorders or adverse mental health conditions is told to see a physician first.

A sanctuary for sacred retreat held inside a living ceremonial field in the Sedona red rock. Collective awakening in partnership with wisdom keepers, never a performance for tourists. Sedonya is a retreat and event campus on Deer Trail Drive in Sedona, owned by Sedona Creative Life Center, a nondenominational 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Cathedral holds up to 55 retreat guests, the gardens hold a medicine lodge and ceremony fire, and a Temple in a grove of trees is open to anyone who wants to sit. Retreat leaders rent the campus, and guests sleep in nearby hotels and rentals. Weekly classes include vinyasa, yin, a women's frame drum circle, crystal bowl sound healing, and ceremony with medicine songs led by Uqualla. It has hosted Gaden Shartse monks and a day for the Q'ero. Scholarships and donation-based programmes keep some offerings open to people who cannot pay full rate.

A breathwork and meditation retreat center in the Sierra, home to the SoulFlow method. Inner healing pursued in common, because no one wakes up alone. Collective Awakening is the practice of founder Mahsa Ghafourian in Truckee, California. She offers meditation, breathwork, energy healing, Akashic record reading, integration support and spiritual coaching, and runs Grof Breathwork retreats. SoulFlow Breathwork is her method: deep, rapid breathing to reach an altered state, music that moves from intense to calm, hands-on bodywork only if the breather asks, then a sharing circle and drawing or journaling. Retreats add hiking, cold plunge swimming and kayaking. The breathing is built to bring up repressed memories and strong release, so it suits people ready for cathartic work. Private integration sessions support people processing psychedelic experiences and spiritual emergencies.

Inner awakening retreats led from the heart and the nervous system. The work is plain: meet what runs you, and remember what you are underneath it. Founder Aaron Parker describes himself as a qualified breathwork guide, coach and leader in meditation and nature therapy, with more than ten years in the work. He has shared breathwork and forest bathing on BBC's Robson Green's Weekend Escapes. Much of it happens outdoors: wild sauna sessions that pair wood fired heat with cold water and breath, nature retreats and therapy walks, and adventure days with paddleboarding, cliff jumping and cold water immersion. Yoga, breathwork and meditation classes run in the Conscious Hub Dome. There is also 1:1 coaching, training courses, and private and corporate bookings. It suits people who feel stuck or disconnected and are willing to get cold and wet to shift it.

Trauma informed, conscious connected breathwork on the edge of Dartmoor. Retreats and training for those who want to breathe all the way to the bottom of it. Breathing Space was founded by Benedict Beaumont, and its approach is shaped by his wife Jennifer Nolan's own healing. Retreats run at Eden Rise Retreat Centre near Totnes, close to Dartmoor National Park: daily conscious connected breathwork, yoga and gentle movement, time outside, sauna and rest. Beginners and working facilitators both attend. Training is a large part of the work: a 50 hour Breathwork Coach Certification, a 400 hour Breathwork Facilitator Training, advanced CPD, self paced online courses and a membership. Anyone with schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, a heart condition or low blood pressure, or who is pregnant, is asked to see a doctor first.

Somatic trauma therapy and breathwork in the Byron Bay hinterland. Transformational retreats that treat the body as the door and not the obstacle. Conscious Flow is the practice of Sophie Sämrow. She lists her training as somatic trauma and EMDR therapist, breathwork facilitator, NLP master practitioner, sound healer, meditation teacher and cacao ceremonialist. She runs private sessions and group breathwork in the hinterland, plus an online 21-Day Nervous System Reset. Ceremony sits beside the therapy: cacao, rapé, shamanic breathwork and plant medicine integration. The Vision Quest runs four days and three nights of fasting without food or water, alone in the hills, with daily sweat lodges, led by Heriberto, an elder from Mexico trained in a Lakota and Mexica lineage. Overseas retreats go to Peru's Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Ausangate.

A modern breathwork movement with immersive studios across Australia. Science forward in its language, ceremonial in its effect, pointed at the state beyond the thinking mind. The studios are in Balaclava, Victoria, on Carlisle Street, and at Bondi Pavilion in Sydney, with Burleigh announced as coming next. Events also run at 1 Hotel in Docklands. Classes come in three formats: LSD, a slow flow breathwork into deep meditation; Release, a dynamic, activating session; and Somatic, conscious breathing with subtle guided movement. Mat pilates and sound sessions fill out the timetable. There are also 1:1 sessions, an app, group and corporate bookings, and facilitator training. It suits city people who want breathwork on a weekly schedule for stress, sleep and focus. It is a studio, not a residential retreat.

A Tantra and yoga school in Chiang Mai, and the ashram it built to teach in. Founded by Uriel Yariv and Blandine Wegener, who are both psychologists as well as teachers, and who wrote the four courses the school is known for: the Tantra Immersion, the Emotional Healing Course, the Path to Purpose programme and the Lucid Dreaming Course. The Tantra Immersion runs in four levels and people come back for the next one, which is the most useful thing you can know about a school. Residential work happens at Amrita Integral Yoga Centre, twenty five minutes east of the old city in San Kamphaeng, purpose-built on sacred architecture principles with a wooden practice hall, a garden, a pool, and rooms for about forty. They also run silent meditation retreats over New Year, women's circles, and a full online catalogue. The teaching is esoteric Tantra in the classical sense rather than the workshop sense: chakra by chakra, with lectures, and with the couples and continence material taught openly as part of the tradition.
