10 energy healing spaces, practitioners, and retreats in the network. Each is certified or emerging under one philosophical standard: you are an eternal being, not a problem to be solved.

At the foot of Mt. Banahaw, the Philippines' sacred mountain. DOT Mabuhay accredited. Traditional hilot healing, slow food, sacred pilgrimages, retreats held in reverence for the living Earth. Banahaw Circle is a bed and breakfast retreat in the Holy Trinity Compound, Barangay Santa Lucia, Dolores, Quezon. Guests sleep in the Nature Villa or the Art House, in rustic rooms from singles to dorms. Up to 80 percent of the food is farmed in the rainforest by local partners. Hilot massage comes through The Hilot Hub, accredited as a hilot healing and training centre. Guests can walk the Banahaw pamumuesto, the pilgrim's route to the mountain's sacred sites. The calendar runs yoga and astrology circles, a sacred sound and ceremony retreat, family and dog companion retreats, student packages and corporate workshops. Co-founder Jeannie Javelosa teaches astrology and the Enneagram.

A floating sanctuary on a still mountain lake in Sri Lanna. Breathwork, energy work, TRE, cacao ceremony, and meditation, held by facilitators who work with the whole being and not the symptom. Om Waters is five floating houseboats on Mae Ngat Somboon Chon Lake, reached through Sri Lanna National Park: about an hour by road from Chiang Mai, then 30 minutes by boat. It runs off-grid on solar power. The centrepiece is a 120 square metre floating yoga shala. Base Camp sleeps up to 22 in simple twin rooms, and three vegan and vegetarian meals a day come from the Cat House Chiang Mai kitchen. Kayaks are on hand. It works mainly as a venue: retreat leaders bring groups of eight or more for yoga, meditation, dance, massage training and healing workshops, November to February. Individuals can book unclaimed dates on Airbnb, released each August, and share the space as a floating homestay.

A conscious intentional village on Palawan, home to the innerdance energy school and a global family of facilitators. Life here is the inner process made daily and communal.

A sound healing temple built to the geometry of the pyramids. Moon ceremonies, breath and voice, and vibration journeys that move the body without moving the feet. Pyramids of Chi is at Jalan Kelebang Moding 22, Bentuyung, Ubud. Peter and Lynn McIntosh founded it in 2013. The pyramids are built to scale with the Great Pyramid of Giza, with a 52 degree base angle and one wall aligned to true north. A newer AMA Multisensory Dome sits alongside them. Sessions run all day on a fixed timetable: Ancient Sound Healing, Scalar Healing Energy, Light Sound Vibration and the dome. Around them are moon ceremonies, breathwork, meditation, yoga, tea and cacao ceremonies, workshops and 1:1 sessions. There is a gluten free vegan cafe, a gift shop, gardens, group bookings and a practitioner residency. First time meditators and seasoned practitioners both come.

Kundalini awakening through Kriya yoga, meditation, and spiritual healing. Quiet, disciplined, and pointed at one thing: the energy that was always yours to raise. Avasthanam is a yoga academy and retreat centre in Ubud, registered with the International Yoga Organisation in Karnataka, India. It teaches from the Himalayan Siddhas lineage, with Vishnu Guruji and Shakti named as teachers. Retreats include kundalini, kriya yoga and silent Vipassana formats. The 10 day 3-K workshop (karma, kriya, kaya kalpa) starts at 4:30am and moves through kundalini kriya, asana, philosophy, written introspection, pooja and evening meditation, with lights out at 8:30pm. It also runs 100 and 200 hour kundalini yoga teacher training. No prior kundalini experience is needed. It suits people who want a strict daily schedule.

A breathwork and meditation retreat center in the Sierra, home to the SoulFlow method. Inner healing pursued in common, because no one wakes up alone. Collective Awakening is the practice of founder Mahsa Ghafourian in Truckee, California. She offers meditation, breathwork, energy healing, Akashic record reading, integration support and spiritual coaching, and runs Grof Breathwork retreats. SoulFlow Breathwork is her method: deep, rapid breathing to reach an altered state, music that moves from intense to calm, hands-on bodywork only if the breather asks, then a sharing circle and drawing or journaling. Retreats add hiking, cold plunge swimming and kayaking. The breathing is built to bring up repressed memories and strong release, so it suits people ready for cathartic work. Private integration sessions support people processing psychedelic experiences and spiritual emergencies.

Kelly Phoenix Rose is a medicine woman, shadow worker, integrative therapist and spiritual guide who works with women's health, cancer and chronic illness.[1] She is also a colonic hydrotherapist, a yoga and breathwork facilitator and a ceremonialist, with more than twenty-five years of training behind her.[2] Her own health is where the work comes from. She lived with chronic menstrual disorders for more than fifteen years before a cancer diagnosis, which she calls the initiation that woke up what she now teaches.[1] She reached remission within six months and has been in remission for eleven years.[2][3] She works through one-to-one consultations, a seasonal detox, an online yoga and breathwork membership, and a course of her own, Sacred Feminine Energy Training.[1][2][5] She also hosts the podcast Cancer & Sacred Feminine Energy Truths.[4]

Nicolas Schindler is a French clinical hypnotherapist and regression therapist who practises as WiZinYou from Chiang Mai, Thailand.[1] He works with clinical hypnotherapy, regression therapy, and family and karmic constellations.[4] He came to the work after two decades in corporate business-to-business and business-to-government roles, including as Business Development Director for government security solutions at SICPA Asia Development.[1][2] Burnout ended that career in 2017.[1] He has lived in Southeast Asia since 2011.[1] What followed was a thorough retraining. He took clinical hypnotherapy through all five levels of the EKAA Foundation's programme, starting in 2018, and trained in Transpersonal Regression Therapy, family constellations, NLP to Master Practitioner level, core shamanism with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies Asia, and Usui Reiki.[1][3] His method draws on Dr John Kappas's Theory of Mind, which holds that the subconscious makes up ninety per cent of the mind, and goes to where a present-day problem was first set.[1]

Five days of hilot healing, sacred pilgrimage, ceremony, and slow food at the foot of the Philippines' holy mountain.

Cameron Quin is the founder of Henosis and the community leader of the network it holds. His work is convening rather than facilitating: finding the practitioners, spaces and retreats that already run on the understanding that humans are eternal beings, and building the infrastructure that lets people find them. He came to it from business rather than from spirituality. He built and exited companies in renewable energy, and co-founded Mind You, a mental health company serving organisations across Asia, leaving its board in 2023. That history is the point rather than a footnote: he is the bridge between the boardroom and the sacred, and he does not hide either half. He hosts Already Naked, an unscripted interview show, and is writing a book of the same name. He speaks on consciousness, identity, and what a person actually is underneath the version of themselves they present.
