Makenzie Darling

Movement Architect and Entheogenic Minister. Over a decade building community-led movements at the intersection of social impact and spiritual transformation, partnering with NGOs and pioneering startups on global campaigns and ambassador programmes that reached more than five million people across 125 countries. She went on to help build conscious communities inside psychedelic churches and guide training organisations, which gave her a close view of both what transformational communities can do and the leadership problems that come with them. Drawing on her training as an Entheogenic Minister and years of learning from Indigenous wisdom keepers, she now bridges ancient wisdom with modern organisational design, equipping leaders to steward power wisely, cultivate belonging, and build movements that outlast any single leader.
