Nsharâh is a certified Somatica coach working in somatic sex and intimacy, based in Nairobi, Kenya, and practising in Accra and London too, online and in person.[1][2] He was born in Accra, raised in Tottenham, London, and left the UK to rebuild his life in Nairobi.[1] Much of his work is with men.[1] Growing up, he saw the men around him "emotionally closed, unable to express vulnerability, and struggling in their relationships."[1][2] He coaches individuals and couples of all genders, runs intimacy events and retreats from Nairobi to Chiang Mai, and hosts All The Feels Conversations, a podcast of anonymous conversations with men about how they feel.[1][4] In November 2024 he co-led the Men and Masculinities space at Sexual Utopia in Nairobi with the Kenyan journalist, podcaster and author Kevin Mwachiro.[3]

Maxwell Honey had to heal himself before he could help anyone else heal. Addiction and a debilitating sickness took his late teen years, and what changed the course of his life at 21 years old was an experience with kambo, an ancient medicine which is from the secretion of an Amazonian tree frog pressed into small burns on the skin. Since then, he has worked with indigenous medicine for more than fifteen years.[4] He is a trauma resolution coach, a breathwork facilitator and a plant medicine man, based out of Chiang Mai, but travels the world. He coaches one to one online and runs immersive retreats. When working with clients, Max does not work through the story of what happened. He works on the understanding that the imprint is in the body, so the body is where he works.[1] He is not going to march you back into the worst thing that ever happened to you.[1] What he aims to build for his clients is to bring them back to safety, connection and joy.[1] He trained in somatic experiencing, breathwork facilitation and earth medicine ceremony. He has his own style of breathwork called Satori Breathwork, in which the five modules work on nervous system fundamentals through to deep inner work.[1] The medicine is the other half of him. He was initiated into ayahuasca in the Amazon, iboga in Africa, and has the ability to hold space for many more.[2][3]

Jamie Wrate is a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner and an IFS-informed, trauma-informed coach, working between the United Kingdom and Chiang Mai, Thailand.[1] He is listed in the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute's therapist directory, and he holds a law degree, a BA (Hons) and a postgraduate teaching qualification.[2] His approach puts the body first. Sensorimotor work slows and settles the nervous system, and inside that settled state he does parts work using Richard Schwartz's Internal Family Systems model.[1] Behind it sits a long apprenticeship: seven years with the Brazilian shaman and psychotherapist Alba Maria Nunes, including two and a half years living in shamanic community and a five-year initiation into facilitation, and training in Somatic Plant Medicine Integration under Atira Tan.[1] He has been doing men's work since 2009 and shamanic healing work since 2011.[3] He offers private sessions, men's circles and plant medicine integration circles,[1][3] and holds integration retreats in northern Thailand, the next two in Doi Saket and Pai in January 2027.[4]

Sarah Cura reads chakras with a pendulum. She uses the pendulum readings to tell the story of your life at this moment in time: which chakras are over-active, which are lethargic, and how that shows up in a life.[3] She reads in person and at a distance, and teachs the method to others as well.[4][5] The rest of her work is in the body. She is a certified provider of TRE, the Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises developed by David Berceli, and a Somatic Integration Practitioner, and her SOUL | LIFE Coaching works with breath, body scanning and grounding.[6][7][11][14] A significant event in 2010 sent her into yoga teacher training, which she completed at Devanadi Yoga in 2012 and 2013.[2][12][13] She lives in the mountains of Thailand, where she also makes malas & pendulums and loves her cats dearly.[1]
