Todd B. Peyton, MA, LPC, KYI, is an American psychotherapist with more than twenty years of practice in depth psychotherapy, Jungian dream analysis and somatic work. He trained at Pacifica Graduate Institute, spent extended periods ordained as a Buddhist monk in Myanmar, and is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. His practice is in Hang Dong, outside Chiang Mai.

Before you come

Getting there
Fly into Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX). The resort is twenty-three kilometres south west, up the Hang Dong to Samoeng road, about forty-five minutes by car. You are met at arrivals and driven back on the last day.
Weather
December to February is the cool, dry season in northern Thailand. Mornings at five are cold in the hills, so bring a shawl or a warm layer for sadhana.
Experience
None needed. The foundations are taught from the start, and the longer stays go further.
What to bring
Light, comfortable clothes, white if you have them, a shawl, and a notebook.
Food
Yogic food: vegetarian, whole, cooked on site. No caffeine and no alcohol for the stay.

What people ask

Do I need Kundalini experience?

No. The foundations are taught from the first morning.

Is five in the morning real?

Yes. It is the practice. Lights go out at nine so it is reachable.

What is a forty-day practice?

One kriya or meditation, chosen with Todd for where you are, done every day for forty days after you leave. It is how the week keeps working.

Can I bring my partner?

Yes, and the second person pays half.

Is there an early bird?

Book before 31 October 2026 and take 15 per cent off, applied on the call.
