Everyone calls him Fai. He is the Animal Flow Regional Leader for the Philippines, co-founder of Rope Flow PH, and co-founder and flow coach at RENŪ Philippines. He is also Managing Partner at Longevity Labs in Bonifacio Global City, where the work runs to cellular optimisation, sauna, cold and their Superhuman Protocol. Trained through Fit College Australia. Patina Maldives brought him in as Expert in Residence for a month in 2024, teaching across ground movement, rope flow, mobility, kettlebells, functional breathing and guided ice. He drums and he DJs as FaiZy, and that is not a footnote to the movement work. The flow he teaches is rhythm applied to a body, and he is one of the few people who can coach it from both sides.
