How to Choose a Safe Wellness Retreat
Assume nobody has checked the retreat for you. Wellness retreats have no licensing body and no consumer protection standard of their own. Before you book, ask who leads each session and what they trained in, how guests are screened, what happens in a medical emergency, what the refund terms say in writing, and whether past guests will talk to you.
