About this retreat
This is for couples in more than one place. Some of you are good together and want to go deeper, to unlock parts of your relationship you have not reached yet. Some of you are going through a hard stretch, or a life-changing one, and need time for your bodies to decompress and your nervous systems to settle before you can come together in a loving way again. Every one of you needs the same thing first: time and space to hold each other without distractions.
So for a few days the phones are handed in every morning. You are in a private luxury resort in the hills outside Chiang Mai, with infinity pools, a spa and nothing to organise. You arrive by midday and the first afternoon is for settling. Then the days fill with practice you do as a couple: breathwork, stretching each other, water cradling in the pool, eye gazing, learning to massage each other. Around it there are open hours that are yours alone: an astrological reading, a session with Jeannie or Todd, a couples massage, the pool and the valley.
On the first full day you set your goals on your own, and the next day together. Some couples want rest and closeness. Some want to go deep. You choose the depth. The last night is a Puja, the devotional heart of tantra: an altar, candles and flowers, and each of you washes or anoints the other's feet or hands and speaks a blessing you wrote that day.
This is a conscious investment in the person you have chosen to share your life with. Every place is offered after a call with both of you.

Questions people actually ask
Do we have to talk about our relationship in front of other couples?
No. Your sessions are private, the two of you with Jeannie or Todd. The group sessions are practices you do as a couple alongside the others, and nobody is asked to share what they do not want to.
What if one of us does not want to be there?
Say so on the call. It is normal for one of you to be keener. The call is where we check the week fits you both.
Is there any ceremony?
One, on the last night: a Puja, an honouring ritual and the devotional heart of tantra. An altar, candles and flowers. Cameron and Jeannie walk you through it, then each of you washes or anoints the other’s feet or hands and speaks a blessing you wrote that day. Afterwards, alone in your room, you give each other your lists of 100.
What is the astrological reading?
Forty-five minutes for the two of you with Jeannie Javelosa, an astrologer, on what your two birth charts say about each of you and about you together. It is booked into your open hours, one couple at a time. We ask for both of your birth dates, times and places before you arrive.
What if our date does not fill?
Each date runs with five couples at least and eight at most. If yours has not reached five three weeks before you arrive, we tell you that day, and you choose: move to another date, or have your deposit back in full. Book flights you can change until then.
Three nights or five?
Five nights adds two more days: the jungle waterfall hike, the nervous system session, partner yoga, What does not end, shaking and release, two more cards, and more time at the resort, for US$1,900 more. Both stays include one session with Jeannie or Todd, and an extra session is US$180.
Who are the sessions with?
Your included session is with Jeannie Javelosa, the co-facilitator, or Todd Peyton, a psychotherapist. You choose. If you want to see both, an extra session is US$180 for the two of you, on either stay.
How deep does it go?
As deep as the two of you want. We ask you both on the first morning and set the stay to match.
We are going through a hard time. Is this for us?
Yes. A lot of what this week does is give your bodies and nervous systems room to settle, so you can meet each other in a loving way again. Tell us where you are on the call and we will set the stay to match.
What is the physical detox?
An optional purification and detox that runs alongside the dopamine detox, for either or both of you. It is built on each person’s own profile, so it starts with a survey and a US$95 consultation. The detox itself is US$450 to US$1,450, depending on depth and duration.
Do we really have to give up our phones?
Through the day, yes. Phones are handed in every morning before the first session. You can have yours back in the evening if you ask, and we recommend you leave it. Anyone who needs to reach you in an emergency can call the resort.
We have a baby. Can we bring them?
Not for this one. The days need both of you free.
What happens after?
A thirty-day plan written on the last day, one call with your facilitator a month later, and the Henosis community.
Refund and cancellation
Payments. After your call, a US$2,000 deposit holds your place. Half of your stay is due a month before you arrive (the deposit counts towards it), and the balance two weeks before. Booking closer than that, the payments are taken together.
If your plans change. Because we commit to your facilitators, your room and your place in a small group as soon as you book, payments are not refundable once your place is confirmed. What you have paid is never simply lost: you can move your booking once to another couples retreat starting within twelve months, or pass your place to another couple, who has the same welcome call and health check you did.
Illness and the unexpected. Travel insurance is a condition of booking. It is there to cover illness, injury, a family emergency or travel disruption that keeps you from coming or means you leave early, and we provide whatever your insurer needs.
If your date does not fill, or we change it. If your date has not reached five couples three weeks before arrival, or if we ever cancel or move it, everything you have paid comes back to you in full, or moves with you to another date, whichever you prefer.
Leaving early. Nights, sessions and treatments you do not use are not refunded.
