Corporate Services

The capability statement.

The document your procurement team will ask for, and the one you will forward to the person who actually signs. What we bring, how it runs, and what the standard behind it means.

Most wellbeing proposals are a list of suppliers nobody has met, priced by the day. This is not that. Every practitioner in this network has been assessed by a human being who went and watched them work, and the document explains what that is worth to you when something difficult comes up in a room full of your people.

It is written to be read by someone who was not in the first conversation.

What is in it
01

Who we are

A certification body and a network, not an agency with a supplier list.

02

What we bring

Practitioners, programme and package. Assessed, insured, contracted.

03

The four ways in

Baseline, Immersion, Offsite, Leadership Mirror. A sequence, not a menu.

04

How an engagement runs

From first conversation to what happens after everyone goes home.

05

The standard

What certification means here, and why it cannot be bought.

06

Safeguards

Duty of care, screening, and the things we will not do.

07

The network

Where the practitioners and spaces are, and how they got in.

Tell us where to send it.

We ask for three things so we know who is holding it, and so we can send a copy you can forward. Nothing else happens unless you ask.

One document, no sequence of emails afterwards. We will only be in touch if you ask us to be.

Would rather talk than read? Start with a conversation. No decks, no pressure.
