A moment of inspiration, perhaps some of you might resonate.
Have You Spent the Last Few Years Realizing You Were Living a Delusion?
Have you?
Have you had that moment — or maybe a whole season of moments — where you realized you weren’t living in truth?
That it was all a delusion.
An illusion.
One built first by your own mind… and then reinforced by everything you were told.
The stories you created to make life bearable.
And the stories the world repeated enough times that you started calling them reality.
The history books. The media. The systems.
You know the ones.
One of the deepest truths that’s landed for me lately is this: our consciousness is so powerful, it will lie to us.
It will mask the truth with logic.
It will disguise protection as clarity.
It will hide what we aren’t ready to see — right there in front of us.
I’ve lied to myself. About what I really wanted. About what I could achieve. About who I thought I was.
And I’ve looked at the world through a lens of judgment — and whoever knows, knows… it always starts with self-judgment. Just like a trigger — it’s never really about the other. It’s something unresolved in us. Because if we could stay calm in all situations, not react, but hold space for the chaos in each other… things might begin to shift.
And all this fear and hate in the world — it’s pulling down the frequency of the unity consciousness we truly are. But we can do something. We can choose to direct our energy toward love, especially when it’s the hardest thing to do. (And as I say this, I know I can do more.)
We can take the frustration, the heartbreak, the overwhelm of everything happening on the planet —
and we can transmute that to love.

To the people in the places where the pain is happening.
To the children.
To the land.
To the grief sitting in the collective field.
We can turn our attention back to the Earth —
and spend our life force, our chi, not numbing or reacting…
but realigning.
Listening.
Regenerating what can still be saved.
Or — we can keep participating in the illusion.
Can we stop global events by ourselves? No.
But can we raise the standard of how we hold ourselves in the face of all this?
Absolutely.
Because everything we do matters.
Everything we focus on carries frequency.
And if enough of us return to love —
as inconvenient, uncomfortable, and confronting as that is —
then we shift the field.
We alter the vibration of this story.
And maybe, just maybe,
we get to write a different ending.
Weeeeee!
