Return & Refund Policy

Henosis Guarantee

We stand behind all our products and programs and are confident that they will perform as designed and marketed. If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products or programs, you can return the product for a full refund, or qualify for a refund (or store credit as your choice) within three months of your purchase. After three months, we will consider any refunds based on its own merit, on a case by case basis.

Physical Return

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Memberships & Experiences

Each membership and experience will have its own set of refund policies specified it the fine print before purchasing. On some occasions, you will be able to access an Experience Guarantee although these have to be in writing in our promotional materials, or in writing to you, from Henosis

Experience Guarantee

We are so certain of the high impact of the experiences we provide to the public, that we provide a 100% refund on our Experiences, only if ‘Experience Guarantee’ is displayed on the particular advertising or marketing for the experience. If you are not satisfied with your experience or it did not meet your expectations, you will receive a 100% refund. If you have attended a single day, or multi-day experience, you have 14 days after completion of the experience to get in touch with Henosis at support[at]henosis.life to qualify for a refund. If you have signed up for a membership or subscription program, including coaching, you have 14 days from your first ‘experience,’ meaning group or one-on-one coaching session or exclusive event, including but not limited to, webinars or calls, to be qualified for a refund.
